Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 is looking for firms that are SDVOSB in the NAICS code 484110 to provide transportation services to haul clean and soiled laundry between the VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS and medical centers located in Wichita, KS; Topeka, KS; Columbia, MO and Kansas City, MO. Contractor must be able to furnish drivers, tractors and four (4) 45-foot trailers to perform the work. The distribution of laundry shall include, but is not limited to, transportation of clean and soiled laundry, sanitation of the trailers, backing into loading docks, switching trailers, and loading and off-loading carts from the trailer. Trailers must have an interior that is capabile of being sanitized. Please note that this is not a request for proposal, but is only seeking information to determine if there are enough SDVOSB for a set-aside.
