IQC10056009035, RA11082004. THIS IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM SDVOSB CONCERNS WILL BE CONSIDERED. This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for 14 NSNs. DSCR is seeking to establish one or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts for contractor supply of the following types of lighting: Listed are the NSNs which will be included in the solicitation and the estimated annual demand (U/I=each) of each NSN in the base year and each option year: 6240-00-143-7510, 600; 6240-00-152-2992, 8964; 6240-00-155-7790, 3384; 6240-00-155-8717, 12000; 6240-00-155-8725, 1800; 6240-00-168-0411, 5772; 6240-00-299-4742, 10436; 6240-00-635-4406, 3192; 6240-00-824-4676, 7692; 6240-00-937-6083, 948; 6240-01-015-6207, 4500; 6240-01-049-2871, 2004; 6240-01-158-6599, 732; 6240-01-180-9022, 864. Solicitation will be for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), to include a term of base year of 12 months and four option years. Vendors may quote on few NSNs or all NSNs. Evaluation of offers received will be line-by-line instead of all-or nothing. Multiple awards may be made against this solicitation. All items included in this solicitation are commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IAW Lamp Industry Standards. Solicitation will be issued as SDVOSB set-aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The Buy American Act Applies to this procurement. Items manufactured outside the USA and items manufactured in other than qualifying countries, as defined 225.872-1, will have an evaluation factor added to its proposed pricing and may result in a higher evaluated prices. On the NSNs solicited, since the FSC is 6240, a waiver to the non-manufacturing rule exists for this class of products. The waiver allows any SDVOSB to provide any firm's product, regardless of that firm's size. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders. The requested terms are FOB and Inspection/ Acceptance is at Destination. Delivery will range from 30 to 76 days ARO for each delivery order, depending on the particular NSN. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. Packaging requirements will be in accordance with the MILSPEC cited in the solicitation. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Some of the NSNs included in this solicitation require Surge. The solicitation is SPM4A611R1324. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
