Description
Closed-loop phase locked loop (PLL) electronics for scanning probe microscopy. Must be compatible with tuning fork probes, specifically in the qPlus configuration, and with resonances ranging from 30 kHz to above 1 MHz. System must include capability to both excite and sense probe response in Am and FM operating modes and not require th use of a personal computer (standalone electronics).
