Level I Access Cover Assemblies, PC # A3 of drawing 6984802-B, each consisting of the following pieces: (1) ea PC “ 4 HY-100 bolted cover per NavSea T9074-BD-GIB-010 / 300 (Supersedes MIL-S-16216K, Ty “ II) with alloy C-276 cladding; (1) ea PC “ 6 performed BUNA-N O-Ring per Mil-P-25732C and SAE AS28775-A (P/N MS28775-447); (4) ea PC “ 11 Delrin “ 150 thread savers & (1) ea PC 15 molded versa thane block (covering insert) Quantity: 6 each FOB Point is destination. Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH 03801 Government source inspection is required. Electronic submission of quotes is not acceptable.
