- NEW CNC MULTI-TASKING INTEGRATED MILL TURN MACHINING CENTERS PER WATERVLIET ARSENAL EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS #06-11-3416 REV 1 dtd 3/08/11 (QUANTITY = ONE EACH) AND #05-11-3416 REV 2 dtd 3/08/11 (QUANTITY = TWO EACH). F.O.B. Destination. *****Estimated issue date of solicitation: 12 APRIL 2011.***** One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current.
