Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Kemmerer Delineated Area: Within the city limits of Kemmerer, WY, Frontier, WY or Diamondville, WY. Properties within a one mile radius outside the city limits may be considered provided they are served with city utilities. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,755 ABOA + 12,830 SF Wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,032 ABOA + 12,850 SF Wareyard Space Type: 8,280 ABOA office, 1,275 ABOA warehouse, 12,830 SF secured wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 75 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 54 surface spaces including 2 pull through spaces for RVs or trailers Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 structured spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 reserved, secured spaces Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: § Properties must have immediate and safe access to Highways 233, 30, 30-Alternate or 189. § Properties must provide a minimum setback of twenty (20') feet. § Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. § In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. § Property must have line of site to Quealy Peak for radio communications. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
