Description

BAA for Counter Communications BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT TITLE: Counter-Communications System (CCS) This BAA will remain open for one year from date of publications, or until amended or superseded; however, the initial due date for proposals is 8 April 2011, 1600 CDT, with oral presentations to the Government at the Industry Day. All proposals, regardless of whether they are submitted prior to the initial due date or later, will be in the form of briefing charts (contractor format acceptable), with oral presentations to follow. Cost Proposals (unlimited pages, contractor format) shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer 14 calendar days after oral presentation; however, the total price of the demonstration shall be provided as part of the oral presentation. Concepts may be submitted at any time during the open period to the appropriate point of contacts (POCs) identified in this BAA. All vendors wishing to respond to the BAA and/or attend the Industry Day should have SECRET access as well as releasable to NATO ISAF. *SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE DETAILS
