- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Tegrant Diversified Brands of Arlington Heights, IL, the only known provider of ThermoSafe EnduroTherm insulated shipper containers and gel packs. These products have reviewed, tested and validated for the specific requirements of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS). This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is the Government's belief that only one responsible source exists and no other product or services will satisfy agency requirements. The following requirement is for the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS), Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response (OPHPR). The purpose of this purchase order is to purchase the following part numbers: PP48CDC, PP24CDC, E568CDC2, E186CDC2, and E65CDC2 for delivery by April 30, 2011. No solicitation is being issued.
