- The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC), East, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point has a requirement for the leasing of services and supplies associated with deionization systems, demineralized tanks, and reverse osmosis water systems. The government intends to award on a sole source basis to Dicktel, Inc dba Culligan, 2480 US Highway 70 East, New Bern, NC 28560. Dicktel, Inc. provides the services and supplies for industrial water treatment equipment. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received in a timely manner of four (4) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER, WHICH WILL BE CONSIDERED. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
