- SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial procurement prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attached statement of work (SOW). This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L9-11-R-0015 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirement/statement of work stated in this synopsis and is the most advantageous to the Government based on technically acceptable, lowest price, and lead time. This award is subject to the availability of funds (FAR Clause 52.232-18). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517110. The offeror should provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register to submit quotes and be eligible for award (NO EXCEPTIONS). For information on registering with the CCR, visit www.ccr.gov. Offerors are required to be registered in Wide-Area Work Flow. Offerors can self-register for Wide-Area Work Flow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil. The USPFO for Indiana is seeking qualified vendors for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to establish and provide a 1GB Fiber Ethernet connection between the following two facility locations: (1) Building #7, Headquarters Road, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN 46124 and (2) Building #16, 4230 E. Administration Dr. Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex, Butlerville, IN 47223. Circuit handoff at each end will be via 1GB copper Ethernet cabling. Circuit must have the capability to enable the use of Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs) and Quality of Service (QoS). Quote should include the monthly recurring circuit costs (MRC) quote for sixty (60) months, and a one-time non-recurring charge (NRC) plus installation. Current Indiana Guard MPLS architecture travels a path from Edinburgh, Indiana into Camp Atterbury along Hospital Road. This new connection shall enter Camp Atterbury via an alternate path coming from the west in order to provide for circuit redundancy.
