The winning vendor/contractor shall execute the service on a course to course basis. An unsatisfactory performance could result in termination for additional courses. GENERAL: This is a service contract to provide the acquisition and installation of 248 doors per course and the expendables outlined in section 4.2 of this PWS. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. DOC will ensure that this contract is adhered to with the assistance of a COR. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those included in Section 6 of the PWS. BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: The installation of 248 doors per course and general maintance of the range will be the primary consideration for the vendor/contractor. The second installation of doors (29 light wood and 29 light metal plus 2 heavy metal custom fabricated) needs to be executed after COB but prior to SOB on training day 5 of the course.
