- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Pecos Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of SH 17 and Business 20 (3 rd Street) eastbound to the intersection of North 285 and Business 20 (3 rd Street) East: From the intersection of SH 285 and Business 20 (3 rd Street) southbound to the intersection of I-20 and SH 285 South: From the intersection of I-20 and SH 285 westbound to the intersection of I-20 and SH 17 West: From the intersection of I-20 and SH 17 northbound to the intersection of SH 17 and Business 20 (3 rd Street) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space must yield 14,029 Usable Square Feet Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Approximately 16,133 Rentable Square Feet Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 28 secured, covered surface spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 28 secured, covered surface spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located in an existing building. Building shall have 20 foot setback from all four sides of façade of building. A 1,560 SF sally port must be provided. Space cannot be located within 300 feet of residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, floor plan, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. Offered space must meet all Government requirements and be the most advantageous to the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
