- This amendment changes information in paragraph C. 2. of the announcement. The revised papragraph is below in its entirety. 2.Reference Documents: Two documents/reports outlining previous efforts in this area are as follows: a.SARAP TM&TS Final Report, Qualification Final Report (RDECOM TR 06-D-11) available from the Defense Technical Information Center (http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/) (Accession Number: ADB316836). Companies experiencing difficulties downloading the document from the DTIC site, may request a copy by emailing the request to the BAA POC at hope.a.mcclain@us.army.mil. Please note that this document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act, and therefore, verification of participation in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) is required. Requests must include the completed DD Form 2345 or the company's cage code by which the JCP participation may be verified online. b.An Integrated Rotorcraft Damage Tolerance Methodology for Design, Analysis, and Qualification of Fatigue Critical Metal Airframe Structure (66th Annual Forum of the American Helicopter Society, Phoenix, AZ, May 2010) (http://www.vtol.org/ ). Click "Publications" Pick either "Meeting Proceedings" or "Technical Papers" They are ordered through the contact info on that page. The paper can be ordered directly by telephone, email, or fax, however email would be the most expedient method. Although not listed under publications section of the website, the paper is available as a pdf for your convenience. Individual papers are $20.00 for AHS members; $25.00 for non-members.
