- Specifications Dated March 30, 2011 Amendment 0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number EA133M-11-RQ-0448 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Ship DELAWARE II, woods Hole, MA requires the following items: 0001, Marine Grade CTD/Hydro Winches, one left hand and one right hand in accordance with the attached specifications, 2 Each, $ _______________ 0002, Estimated Shipping, 1 Each, $ ______________ 0003, Option Item - Lebus Shell - Removal lebus shell system for each winch for 0.322 in diameter electro-mechanical cable, 2 Each $ _______________ 0004, Option Item - Lebus Shell - A removable lebus shell system for a 0.375 diameter wire, 1 Each $ _____________ The Details Specification entitled "Delaware II Hydro/CTD Winch Procurement" is hereby incorporated by reference and provided as an attachment to this RFQ. The required delivery date is July 17, 2010. All quotes shall be FOB Origin to 166 Water Street, Woods Hole MA 02543-1026.
