Description

The NAVICP Mechanicsburg intends to award a Sole Source Purchase order to VRC Inc., San Antonio Texas for Program operations support for the center for homeland defense and security digital library at Naval Post Graduate School, Monterey California. The overall objective is the Homeland Security Digital Library [HSDL] supports CHDS ™s ongoing mission to provide education and outreach in the area of homeland defense and security policy, strategy, and organization. In addition to supporting the CHDS educational programs, HSDL is charged with providing access to HSDL materials to CHDS approved partner organizations, such as universities and governmental agencies. This announcement does not constitute a request for quote.
