- FOR ALL INFORMATION CONTACT: Richard Sturzebecher, Engineer, 732-532-9887 The LRC IEWS Directorate is seeking potential sources to provide services related to the Terminal, Satellite Communication AN/URC-145(V)1, aka Joint Tactical Terminal - Integrated Broadcast Service (JTT-IBS), national stock number 5895-01-566-3926, Part Number (P/N) 3014-0000-03-1 (CAGE code 0CDN3), for a three-year period of performance. The services primarily consist of component repairs to support approximately 228 fielded JTT-IBSs. The U.S. Government (USG) only possesses a performance specification for the JTT-IBS; the USG does not possess detailed drawings for the JTT-IBS or its components. DRS Engineering Development Labs, Inc. (CAGE code 0CDN3), the developer of and current prime contractor for the JTT-IBS, possesses detailed drawings. Required services will also include resolving diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage issues. The potential source must be able to identify and isolate failures in components, and maintain an inventory of repair parts to meet a repair turn-around time of 96 hours. The white paper must be provided via email to richard.sturzebecher@us.army.mil no later than 15 April 2011, in Microsoft Word, text, rich text, or Adobe Acrobat file formats only.
