- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for ten (10) each Controller Boards (P/N 3359AS3103) and EW Interface CCA's (P/N 3359AS3203) for upgrade to the Memory Loader Verifier Sets (MLVS) from a -1 configuration to a -2 configuration for the Finnish Air Force. This procurement includes technical data requirements. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. This procurement is 100% set aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB ZONE) certified companies. The request for Quotation and any associated amendments will be posted on the NAVAIR homepage located at http://www.navair.navy.mil. Select "Doing Business" and then "Open Solicitations." Hard copies if the Request for Quotation and amendments will NOT be mailed to contractors. The solicitation will be posted on the web, on or about April 14, 2011. The Government will not accept electronic offers. This procurement contains Technical Data.
