- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to LRP Publications for the renewal of CyberFEDS on the Web and CyberFEDS Workers Compensation Library on the web. The period of performance will be a base year of twelve months with 4 twelve month option years. This renewal is a sole-source procurement. CyberFEDS on the Web and CyberFEDS Workers Compensation Library on the web provide access to a unique combination of daily news, case law, statutes, regulations, handbooks, manuals, arbitrator biographies and statistics, Quick Start Guides, etc. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may, however, request further information (no later than 9 AM April 4, 2011) by email to Contract Specialist (Lawrence Durden) at durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov.
