- This Limited Source Justification is for an extension of services on the T&M bridge task order currently awarded to the incumbent KGS Inc. This extension will allow sufficient time for GSA to procure two new five (5) year follow-on task orders. Contractual coverage is vital for VA/FSC. The IT Services and Project Management Offices (PMO) services tasks provide all of the contracting support for the Financial Service Centers technical infrastructure, which includes network, server and database administration, software development, and customer service desktop support. The vast majority of the personnel providing these services in the FSC are employed through the GSA task order. This modificaiton to extend services is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program. Statutory Authority utilized for this requirement is FAR 8.405-6(b)(3) - An urgent and compelling need exists, and following any other ordering procedures would result in unacceptable delays and a break in service for VA-FSC. The purpose of this task order modification to support information technology (IT) services for the VA‑FSC operations. The is contractor shall provide on-site professional IT services in support of the VA-FSC's IT infrastructure T he scope of services required includes the following IT Support and PMO functional areas: • Systems/Network Administation Database Development and Administration Desktop/Help Desk Support Application Production Support and Maintenance Global 360 (G360) Enterprise 9 (E9) Production Support and Administration Enterprise Architecture Systems Analysis Support Quality Assurance Support Configuration Management Support Technical Writer Support Technical Advisor Support
