Description

DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 7,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) of contiguous flex space on a single floor together with 1,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of warehouse along with five (5) reserved parking spaces. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the city limits of Oakland, California. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. Any offered space needs to be contiguous. The space must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ABAAS standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Building must be able to provide five reserved parking stalls on-site for the Government's exclusive use.
