Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-10-T-0016 is issued as a Request for Bids. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS for determination of size status is 713990. Small Business Standard size is $7.0 million. CLIN 0001: SUMMER CAMP YOUTH PROGRAM: CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL SERVICES IAW THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. QUANTITY: 40 EACH (CHILDREN). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 5 June 2011 through 10 June 2011. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE-Contractor's Facility located in Central Mississippi. CLIN 0002: SUMMER CAMP YOUTH PROGRAM: CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL SERVICES IAW THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. QUANTITY: 40 EACH (CHILDREN). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 12 June 2011 through 17 June 2011. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE-Contractor's Facility located in Central Mississippi. Potential bidders are to provide a bid for the services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), which is included as an attachment to this solicitation. Bid shall include: Price per person; Contractor certifications; personnel capabilities; clear description of camp facilities, lodging and restroom facilities offered; curriculum to be offered; and projected schedule of events for each week's camp. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (Oct 2001); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. Evaluation criteria will be based on Best Value--Technical rated approximately equal to Price.
