To request a copy of the solicitation, provide your name, company name, cage code and telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX1F0232AX. The Government has a requirement of a quantity of 200 each of a HYDRAULIC AMPLIFIER, applicable to the UH-60 (BLACKHAWK) Weapon System, NSN: 1650-01-095-7159, P/N: A21862-1. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 200 each, 198 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to MOOG INC., Cage Code: 94697 with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically nor it is possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated above is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone requests will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
