- CHRONIC CARE The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg located at 1060 River Road in Hopewell Virginia. Intends to issue solicitation RFQ11411-00016, for the requirement of Quarterly. Chronic Care Patients service which will be Federal Business Opportunities Destination. The orders will be placed by the Health Service Department. The orders will need to be service starting april 18, 2011. The services will be made to the FCC Petersburg, 1060 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the Government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government in regards to price, service and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 01, 2011, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities Website: hhtp:www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Faith-Based-Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the referenced website. This solicitation is unrestricted and all responsible business sources are encouraged to submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of lasted quotes is NLT April 15, 2011. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electric Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3, to complete their presentations and Certifications Via the on-line Applications (ORCA) at hpp://orca.bpn.gov. All potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at hpp://ccr.gov.
