Description

RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.705 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER GS-23F-0054S/GS-P-01-10-BZ-0008. Bilateral Contract Modification No. PS 03. Project: Window Replacement - JFK Federal Building, Boston, Massachusetts. The U.S. General Services Administration has a need to issue revisions to the contract documents to address unforeseen conditions to provide structural steel reinforcement at the stairwell(s) curtain wall where existing steel tubing was found to have been deteriorated, provide structural steel framing connection points at the Low Rise section of building, furnish new louvers in the stairwell Curtain Walls and adjacent areas and several revisions to the documents described in Bulletin Number 01 which are of the same character as originally set forth in the Contract documents; therefore, requiring additional Construction Manager services. The Government intends to award bilateral contract modification No. PS 03 against existing contract GS-23F-0054S/GS-P-01-10-BZ-0008 awarded to APSI due to these changes. This is not a request for solicitation.
