Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Mansfield City: Ohio Delineated Area: City Limits of Mansfield, Ohio Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,363 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,363 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 6 Firm Term: 4 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout, and be located in a professional office setting. Location must not be in the immediate vicinity of any potential environmental threats such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc. Ability to place a roof antenna. Strip retail locations will not be considered. Facilities that provide underground parking should have access controlled parking restricted to the tenants only. Facilities that provide open/general public parking below the facility will not be considered. The location should provide regularly scheduled public transportation and employee parking within a 2 block walking distance of the offered building with pedestrian signaled sidewalks, The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Space shall not be located within a (100-year) flood plain or wetland. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Government is considering existing buildings for this procurement. Second floor space or higher is required. Ground floor space will only be considered if no other space is available and the Agency deems acceptable Top floor space is not acceptable. Offered space must be 100% sprinklered as well as the floors above and below offered space. All floors above the 5 th floor must be sprinklered and the building must have a fire alarm system. Floor load must be capable of supporting four 800-1,000 lb. safes. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate compliance with all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and local codes including, but not limited to, regulations for fire and life safety, ABAAS accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [ 100/500 ] year flood plain.
