Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Activity (NCA) in Long Beach, California intends to issue a Request for Quote VA-262-11-RQ-0274, seeking to award a Firm-Fixed price contract for Certified Retinal Angiography Services required at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073, in accordance with contract specifications. This is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Proposals will be considered only from contractors who are regularly established in the business called for and who are financially responsible and have the necessary equipment and personnel to furnish services required. Contract shall consist of one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option renewals that may be exercised at the government's discretion. The RFQ will be issued on or about 4/8/2011, the NAICS Code is 621512, and the small business size standard in Millions of dollars is $13.5. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The electronic solicitation may be obtained at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the web site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the web site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Offers are due April 22st, 2011, 3:00 p.m. PST.
