- This solicitation will contain one NSN: 5950-00-646-3865 for a Saturable Reactor use on a HERCULES C-130. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The quantity is 45 each. FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin; Delivery is 250 DARO. This requirement is coded 3C; approved source is Goodrich Corporation, CAGE 3CPE0, P/N 51102-300. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 18, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit quotes/proposals on requests for proposals (RFPs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) program.
