Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Index Engines Corporation, 2425 N Central Expressway Ste-500, Richardson, TX 75080-2735. The period of performance will be twelve months. This is a brand name sole-source procurement to renew the annual maintenance support agreement for hardware and software for the TotalView server. This product is the only one of its kind, and no other entity can license or upgrade its technology except for Index Engines Corporation. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may, however, request further information (no later than 9 AM Apr 4, 2011) by email to Contract Specialist (Lawrence Durden) at durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov.
