Scope of Work: This is the construction of project 528A7-10-708, Renovation of the 5th Floor Center Corridor Area, to accommodate the Prosthetics Service requirements for patient care, equipment and material delivery, and storage, in addition to patient services involving Prosthetics Service. The existing area will include selective demolition and include a sizable amount of reconfiguration. The new design will have new interior finishes throughout the space including new electric, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. NAICS Code: 236220 Size Standard: $33.5 M
