- Department of Veterans Affairs NETWORK CONTRACTING ACTIVITY (NCA) 5901 E. Seventh Street Long Beach, CA 90822 (562) 826-8000 x4643 4/2/2011 FBO Synopsis/Solicitation Subj. Delivery and Installation of Durable Medical Equipment The VA San Diego intends to procure services related to the delivery and installation of Durable Medical Equipment. The awarded contractor shall also store said equipment within their warehouse and deliver to the San Diego area. Further the awarded contractor shall install this equipment within a patient's home and educate that patient upon the use of this equipment.
