- FA3047-11-B-0003 Attendance Sheet (Site Visit) 4 Apr 11 (2 of 2) FA3047-11-B-0003 Attendance Sheet (Site Visit) 4 Apr 11 (1 of 2) FA3047-11-B-0003-0002 (Amendment) PURPOSE: A. To post Amendment 0002 to increase the offeror acceptance period by 103 calendar days; change to read 193 in lieu of 90 (SF 1442, Block 13D) and to change Section H (SF 1442, Block 10 Continuation) (See - Attached Amendment 0002). B. To post Site Visit Meeting Held 4 Apr 11 (9:00am CST) below and attendance sheet (See Attached) Site Visit Meeting Highlights (4 Apr 2011) 9:00am - 10:00am 1. Contracting Officer (CO) discussed the design & contruction period of performances are based on individual issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). 2. CO confirms that there will be no other site visit allowed for this project. 3. CO emphasized that technical and contractual questions should be directed to Contracting. No questions should be sent directly to Civil Engineering. 4. The following questions were raised by potential bidders during the meeting. These questions still need to be clarified by the government. a. What type of work needs to be done in 5000 & 7000 Areas? b. What type of restoration work should be done in the project work area? c. If soil was found to be contaminated, how would this be treated? d. Is there Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Texas Commissioning on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirement for this project? e. Where should the chlorinated water used for disinfecting the lines be disposed? f. Government not warrantying for the existing infrastructure, what does this mean? g. Is there any historical facility found in the project site? h. Do we need to replace the existing service water lines? What if existing water line is longer than 100 feet?
