Recovery - Federal Center South B12021 Redevelopment - Project Information Flyer identifying Subcontracting Opportunities POST AWARD: NOTIFICATION OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is working with Sellen Construction Company as the general contractor for the RECOVERY - Federal Center South Building 12021 Redevelopment Project in Seattle, WA. Sellen Construction is the Design Build Contractor for this project, and is actively searching for interested subcontractors to provide the following services: See attached Project Information Flyer Access to information is available through the Builders Exchange website as follows: URL: http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/private/106.html Choose the Projects Bidding Select option You will need to accept the terms of the Conditions Agreement to continue Click on the Access Information line next to the project title, Federal Center South, Seattle, WA The bid documents will be securely posted and will require a password. Passwords will be provided via an Invitation for Bid upon approval of the completed Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) Form and submission of Small Business Concern Form.
