- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Asset Group, Inc., W912BV-08-D-2050, Task Order 0003, Operations & Mainteance, Air Force As part of Operations and Maintenance, Air Force, Recovery Act, this modification has been issued to Asset Group, Inc., to perform the following work: (1) Delete the following from the Statement of Work: 2.1.10 Contractor shall replace existing thrust blocks in-kind. (2) Delete the following from the Statement of Work: 2.1.10 Contractor shall replace existing thrust blocks in-kind. (3) Install 100,000 lb capacity thrust anchor on east power check pad according to Air Force ETL 01-10. Anchor to be located 67.5 feet from the east edge of the concrete pavement, and centered in the concrete panel as noted in "blue" on the attached drawing. The north panel is the preferred location. (4) Delete from Statement of Work: 4.1.1.1.6 East Pad Blast Deflector Metal. Repair or replace angle iron bracing as needed. Replace corroded corrugated metal panels to match existing where necessary. (5) Delete from the Statement of Work: 1.1.4.1 The Government shall retain occupancy of one power check pad while the other power check pad is under construction. 1.1.4.2 Contractor shall phase the project. Phase 1 shall be to repair the east power check pad: phast 2 shall be to repair the west power check pad. (6) Delete from the Statement of Work: 1.1.4.1 The Government shall retain occupancy of one power check pad while the other power check pad is under construction. 1.1.4.2 Contractor shall phase the project. Phase 1 shall be to repair the east power check pad: phast 2 shall be to repair the west power check pad. (7) The Contracting Officer suspended the Contractor from work due to a customer request because an Air Show was taking place in the vicinity of the work zone. The Contractor has requested time and compensation due to the suspension. (8) Contractor shall remove approximately 750 linear feet of airfield fence east of runway 17/35, west of 3108 & 3117 and 400 linear feet of airfield fence west of runway 17/35 on the east side of where building 101/95. All ground surfaces where support posts have been removed shall be restored to the surrounding ground condition. Attached "Sketch A" shows location of fencing to be removed. Execution of this work shall occur with-in the current project performance period. (9) Contractor shall mill and overlay approximately 1,865 linear feet by 8 foot wide asphalt shoulder at the TMF as shown on attached "Sketch B". Existing asphalt shall be milled down 1-1/2 inches and overlaid back to existing surfaces. Asphalt mix shall be the same as what is required for the shoulders at the check pad. Asphalt millings shall be stock piled for the bases use at a location on the south side of patrol road. Execution of this work shall occur with-in the current project performance period.
