Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MN City: Burnsville Delineated Area: City Limits of Burnsville, MN Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,146 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 1,663 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 50 Parking Spaces (Surface): 50 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: -The parking area does not necessarily need to accommodate fifty (50) standard size vehicles, but must be as large as the space needed for fifty (50) standard parking stalls. -Parking area must be able to accommodate a variety of vehicles such as: passenger cars, mini-vans, full size vans, buses, dump trucks, etc... -Parking area does not need to be striped. -Fenced Parking is preferred. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, Fire Safety, Accessibility, Seismic and Sustainability standards per the terms of the SFO. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
