- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Meadville Delineated Area: South: Route 6 to Route 322 to Clark Road to Liberty Street East: Liberty Street to North Street to North Main Street (Route 86) to Route 198 North: Route 198 (South Street) to Jordan Drive to Short Road to Grange Center Road to Reservoir Road to Route 198 to Interstate 79 to Harmonsburg Road to Route 18 (Lexington Avenue) West: Route 18 to Route 618 to Route 6 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,867 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,867 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 0 Years Additional Requirements: None The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
