Description

The United States Government seeks to negotiate a new lease for the Executive Office for United States Trustees. The proposed lease shall be located within the following area of delineation: North Boundary - I-101 to N. Alameda St. South Boundary - W. 8th St. East Boundary - Alameda to W. Temple St. to S. Main St. West Boundary - S. Figueroa St. The Government requires a minimum of 23,462 ANSI/BOMA office and related space. On-site parking spaces for 3 government vehicles shall be provided. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and must be fully-serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space needs to be ready for occupancy by July 19, 2012. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Subleases are not acceptable.
