Description
Statement of Work for Geobase Data Collection (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F2N34R1069AC01; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation. IAW FAR part 5.202(a)(12) The proposed contract action is by a Defense agency and the proposed contract action will be made and performed outside the United States and its outlying areas, and only local sources will be solicited. This action is defined for the Azorean islands and mainland Portugal. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-51. (iv) There is no small business set-aside for this acquisition. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The business size standard in number of employees is 750. (v) CLIN 0001- *See attached Statement of Work* *A site visit for contractors and prospective offerors will be conducted at* Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal on 12 April 2011 at 1:30pm/1330hrs local time.
