- This is an RFI which may lead to a solicitation for "Preventative Maintenance and Services necessary to maintain Emergency Diesel Generator System and associated equipment to ensure emergency power capability to PITC computer site located at 5000 Wissahickon Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144. This Request For Information (RFI) is issued to seek qualified contractors to meet the requirements of a future solicitation. DO NOT SEND A FULL PROPOSAL. Only send the required information listed below. A full description of the services will be included in the solicitation. A partial description is as follows: Furnish all parts, labor materials and equipment necessary to provide preventative maintenance and services on the VA-owned Emergency Standby Diesel Engine Generator System and associated power distribution and monitoring equipment. Equipment necessary to provide emergency power source for the Philadelphia ITC Computer Site and building life safety loads. We will have a maximum four (4) hour response time requirement therefore business location will be considered during award process. This will be an award of a base year contract with option years as yet to be determined. Interested contractors must respond by email by no later than COB on Monday April 18, 2011 to the following requested information: 1.
