Request for Information Only (RFI). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are soley responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Seeking Sources, particularly Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Project Title: Health Care Efficency Inititative Beneficiary Travel Package & Mileage Reporting System. Performance Work Statement Attached dated March 30, 2011. Please submit the following responses to this RFI. Provide the following 1) Name, Address, Point of Contact information, Socio Economic status/Size of Company 2) Advise if your firm would be interested in bidding on a future solicitation 3) Provide level of experience and expertise your firm has for this type of requirement 4) Provide any recommendations or concerns you may have with the Performance Work Statement 5)Submit your response via email to steve.turner@va.gov ; 6) Please submit your response by 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April 11, 2011; and 7) Mark your response as 'Proprietary Information' if the information is considered business sensitive.
