Description

Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to Renovate for Pharmacy Counseling, Project 557-10-910, at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building construction and size standard $33.0 million applies. Work includes reconfigure, through construction, the public areas adjacent to the Pharmacy. Project will provide a counseling area in a space that provides dispensing of pharmaceuticals and relocate/expanding the area is desired. The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or about April 11, 2011. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by DVA. Site visit is scheduled for April 25, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Interested parties should meet at Building 29, Engineering Conference Room, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd., Dublin, GA 31021.
