Description

The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, MI is conducting a market survey for qualified SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES capable of providing the required construction services outlined below for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. Applicable NAICS code is 238290 size standard $14.0 million. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax is acceptable) and received no later than April, 13 2011, 12 NOON. No telephone inquires will be accepted. All responses to this notice must identify the social economic category of the respondent, name and address of company, name and phone number of contact person, and the company's DUNS number. ALL POTENTIAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS MUST BE CENTER for VETERAN ENTERPRISE (CVE) CERTIFIED with the crescent symbol next to the firm ™s name AT WWW.VETBIZ.GOV. ALL POTENTIAL VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN APPROPRIATE BONDING FOR THE PROJECT MAGNITUDE SIZE INDICATED BELOW: (e) $100,000 to $250,000 Description of work to be performed includes: Contractor is to provide all tools, equipment, material, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the Replace Stairwell Doors in the Parking Decks Project at the John D. Dingell V.A. Medical Center “ Detroit, MI. Work to include demolition of existing areas, new architectural and finish construction, as well as associated building modifications required to perform the work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction. Performance period: 90 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
