Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all design, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to replace an obsolete fire alarm panel and associated initiating devices at the historic National Park Inn, located 6 miles inside the West Entrance of Mount Rainier National Park, Longmire, WA 98397. SOLICITATION DETAILS: This is a best value procurement that is being set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 238210. All work will be performed under a single Firm-Fixed Price construction contract subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 - $100,000.
