Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration, Atlanta VA Regional Office intends to negotiate solely with 1722 Eye Street Associates, 1722 I St. NW, Washington, DC 20006-3705 for the configuration of office space to accommodate the installation of workstations located at BAS office at 1722 I Street NW, Washington, DC 20006. The prospective procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This is not a request for proposals or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. All interested parties must respond within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to provide the required office space configuration. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
