Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Caliper Life Sciences, Inc., 68 Elm Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748-1602, for continued coverage of Caliper IVIS Spectrum unit, serial IS0951N5115, to start on date of award to last for one year, which includes fixed service costs, unlimited priority telephone technical support, unlimited priority on-site repair services within 48-72 hours, one scheduled on-site preventative maintenance and refresher training visit, 30% discount on LI 4.0 software and reduced price upgrading, 10% off reagent and accessories during coverage period, and receipt of two reagents and two accessories free with coverage. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This procurement is not set-aside for small business. For contractual questions contact Linda M.
