- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1890328AQ01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49 effective 24 Jan 2011; Defense DCN 20110222 effective 22 Feb 2011, and AFAC 2011-0214 effective 14 Feb 2011. This acquisition is unrestricted; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The business size standard is $5 Million in annual revenue. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J099. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7542. Travis AFB has a requirement for services and maintenance for the automatic car wash still under current warranty. Period of Performance: 6 months from date of award 0001: Procurement of a services and maintenance contract for the automatic car wash still under current warranty. IAW attached SOW Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
