Description
DESCRIPTION: U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE ABOUT 4,485 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET OF WAREHOUSE & STORAGE SPACE IN THE DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus access for disabled persons in accordance with ADA and ABBAS guidelines. Additional Requirements: two (2) reserved on-site parking spaces; one (1) bay door at grade; a rest-room within the offered space; a storage room equipped with an equipment rinse facility within the offered space, and one (1) land phone line. Anticipated occupancy is November 1, 2011. LEASE TERM: Five (5) Years, One (1) year firm term. DELINEATED AREA (Bounded as follows): Space to be located in Chittenden County, in the area defined as: North: Routes 2 & 7 (Roosevelt Highway) East: Route 2A South: Interstate 89 West: Interstate 89 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN APRIL 20, 2011, AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of offered space in the building. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered in CAD format. AutoCAD or compatible format is required. 3) The drawings shall clearly show all architectural features including columns. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet. 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered. 6) Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet. 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that it may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
