Description

Wage Determination Statement of Work Price List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Agreement/Contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51 effective 1 April 2011 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20110331. Reference number BPAKITCHENHOODREPAIR is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors shall electronically complete FAR 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certification -- Commercial Items at Website http://www.bpn.gov/orca. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement for the following: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Wet Chemical kitchen Hood Fire Suppression Upgrade, Repair and Charging. Please see the attached pricelist document and the statement of work that describes the various types of services required for the duration of the BPA. We request the duration of this BPA continue for 5 years.
