The components will be designed for field environments requiring rapid emplacement/displacement and must have passed MIL-STD-810 testing. The projector will employ DLP technology with a fully sealed optical architecture to prevent debris entry. The unit will support 1400X1050 SXGA+ native resolution and accept/display signals with resolutions ranging from 640x480 to 1920x1200. The unit must support multiple refresh rates and aspect ratios, and progressive or interlaced video. The projector is capable of 24/7 operations using long life mechanical elements and a 2500 hour lamp life. The device will display color images, will have 120/240VAC 50/60Hz auto switching capability, rated to 3100 ANSI lumens, and a low noise level of 28dB(A). The projector can not exceed 9.0 lbs and a ruggedized storage case is required to hold the projector, cables, and mount. The Large Scale Display Screen system will utilize a lightweight 1" square aluminum frame system with locking hinge points. The system will have a cantilevered projector mounting arm for mounting the projector overhead. The screen viewing area will measure 59in H x 44in W x 73in Diagonal. The system will enalble multiple projection screens to connect together to form a larger display area and will include a high-impact storage case. The packaged wieght can not exceed 74lbs. Currently, the components are being produced by DHS Systems LLC, Orangeburg, NY. DHS Systems LLC is the original developer of these components and retains all data rights to the units. The Government did not purchase and cannot provide a drawing package for these components. As part of this acquisition effort, the items will be required to meet the same form, fit, and function of the original components to ensure that the spares achieve the required performance within the command system. Contractors capable of providing the above described spares can respond to the government via writing or electronic mail at the address shown below. The response must include documentation demonstrating that the contractor is capable of providing the required components deliverable within 90 days of receipt of order. Responses must be received by the response date listed above. For more information contact Mr. Ayers at the following email address: michael.ayers@us.army.mil.
