Description

All visit requests for the Counter-Communications Industry Day Meeting are to be received by COB 07 April 2011. This BAA will remain open for one year from date of publication, or until amended or superseded. Oral proposals are requested at a government industry day on 12 April 2011. All proposals, regardless of whether they are submitted prior to the industry day or later, will be in the form of briefing charts (contractor format acceptable) and an oral presentation. Cost Proposals (unlimited pages, contractor format) shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer 14 calendar days after the oral presentation; however, the total price of the demonstration shall be provided as part of the oral presentation. Any proposals submitted after 26 April 2011 shall include the cost proposal. The government anticipates contract award following 26 April 2011 and upon funding availability. All vendors wishing to respond to the BAA and/or attend the industry day must have US Government SECRET clearance with access to NATO. *SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE DETAILS
