- This is a three year IDIQ-type contract. DESC: 11B365013:19204 and 11B365015:19204. The items to procure are Rollup Doors in accordance with Drawing Numbers 11B365013 and 11B365015. Requirements are for a guaranteed minimum of 201 EACH for 11B365013, maximum 500 EACH and a guaranteed minimum of 402 EACH for 11B365015, maximum 1,000 EACH Rollup Doors. FOB is Destination. For use on the Shop Equipment Contact Maintenance (SECM). Estimated issue date is 7 April 2011. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the Army Single Face to Industry Website. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders' mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
